Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your piece as much as we loved creating it.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Please note that all personalized and custom-made pieces are final sale.
To initiate a return, kindly contact us at gigiaurastudio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
